Have been here three times now for Sunday lunch. Always beautiful, have tried the beef ,lamb and turkey all lovely so tender gravy great and happy to give you extra. Veg all fresh served on hot plates. Coffee great. Atmosphere great. Lovely to see young waiters and waitress' so friendly and working so hard. Would highly recommend.

First visit today with a friend. We ordered the beef lasagne from the over 50s menu with a free cuppa tea. Food was red hot just as my friend likes it. Very tasty and nice big mug of tea. Excellent value and friendly staff. Will return soon. Thank you Jimmy Macks

We tried Jimmy Macs twice over the weekend when attending a family event nearby based on it's Google reviews. They weren't wrong, great food and value, we had a variety of different meals both times (family of four), no complaints only compliments. My full English which was double everything, with mushrooms, tomotoes and 4 slices of toast! was outstanding 👌🏼. On my second visit, I had the homemade steak pie, also outstanding. Highly recommended. No fuss, order using your table number and pay at the till, sit down and the awesome food comes to you. Great touch with the free tea, and coffee with the breakfast. Every local town should have a Jimmy Macs 👌🏼.

A lovely homely café. Excellent food and service! We all enjoyed our meals and drinks! I had a hot sandwich of chicken, stuffing ans gravy; fresh and tasty. I had a side of chips that were perfectly cooked; crisp on the outside and fluffy in. My mocha was beautifully made. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I wrote this a few years ago and it still stands. Good food at great prices. Amazing all day breakfast - meat and vegetarian. Portion size and quality have been the same for years with a very small price rise in 2025.
